Poole High School
LED Lighting
Batchelor Electrical delivered a total LED lighting refurbishment at the school as part of Salix funding programme. The project involved the safe disconnection, recycling and removal of approximately 1,500 old inefficient fluorescent fittings with the latest efficient LED luminaires and an attractive return on investment for the school.
The project was completed during the October and Easter breaks to reduce disruption to the school.
The overall project scope also included the design and installation of a 185kWp PV system to two roofs at the school (see separate case study)
